At 20° Nord 20° Sud, chocolatiers create tasting chocolate based on cocoa beans with subtle flavour profile, as a great wine at the same time instance and complex. To offer an exceptional chocolate, they work on the cocoa according to the ancestral tradition “BEAN TO BAR”: a hand-made and natural method, without addition of preservatives or artificial flavours.
