The Biscuiterie
The Biscuiterie de La Barre de Monts offers many specialties, including the Vendéen mini-shortbread - plain, chocolate, vanilla or caramel and made with fine churned butter, reminding us of flavours from times gone by.
The kitchens open onto the store allowing you to discover how we make our ‘mini vendéen’ biscuits. Even better the tour ends with a free tasting!
Visit our workshop and discover our production of more than 20 types of fresh cookies and cakes. Good news you can buy them direct!
