RESTAURANT LA VILLA

In this restaurant in Saint Jean de Monts, perfectly situated between the esplanade and the sea, the view is as much of the coast as it is of the food.
The light-filled dining room is enlarged by the bay windows along the front. You’ll be welcomed into a bright, harmonious space, with contemporary furniture and decor in shades of grey.
This uncluttered atmosphere enhances the dishes on the tables:
– Scallops with green asparagus risotto, grilled king prawns with lemongrass-flavoured coconut milk, fillet of sea bass with red pepper sauce and celery mousseline… for the sea side,
– Fillet of duck in blood with mulled wine sauce, traditional andouillette with mustard sauce, Angus entrecôte with Roquefort sauce… for the land side.

The chef offers a range of market garden recipes (rivéros soup, flan maraîchin…) depending on the season.
