The Etiers loop takes less than an hour by bike. It's a great way to explore the commune of Notre Dame de Monts, between the shady national forest and the Marais Breton Vendéen, which opens out onto the horizon.

Step 1: Biotopia

Push open the doors of this unique site in the Vendée! It promises to shed light on the mysteries of the coastal and forest worlds, in a fun and interactive way.

Step 2: Les étiers

The étiers are the marsh channels separating the plots of land between them and through which seawater flows. You'll pass along several of them on your walk.

Step 3: Kulmino

Water is the main theme of this tour, which takes you to the foot of Kulmino. At the top of this still-active water tower, experience an unusual escape 70 metres above the ground for a breathtaking panorama of the marsh! The site also houses an exhibition on water, from source to tap.
