Les Lauriers de Catherine offers this charming new air-conditioned house for rent in Saint Jean de Monts, close to the ocean, ideal for teleworking or spending some quiet time with the family. It measures 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 130 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we’re waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
– A 35 m² living room with TV, sofas, etc.
– A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
– Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
– Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
– Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
– Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower
– Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, folding bed, etc.
Exterior:
– A lovely 130 m² enclosed garden with furniture.
– A petanque area for fun with friends or family
– A 33 m² terrace with furniture (hammock, table, chairs, etc.) to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located between Saint Jean de Monts and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, in very pleasant surroundings. You’ll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

– Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
– End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
– All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement.
– As the development is still under construction, the roads and street lighting have not yet been installed.
