The Les Praos mezzanine studio in Notre-Dame-de-Monts sleeps two people all year round, in a quiet area overlooking the sea.
Situated at the foot of the wild dune, it offers a breathtaking view of the sunsets. Ideal for a sporty or peaceful break, you can enjoy sailing, long-distance sailing, golf, or simply take advantage of the beaches, cycle paths and local entertainment.
Not suitable for People with Reduced Mobility, the accommodation is on the 2ᵉ floor without lift with sleeping on the mezzanine.
