L'Atelier de la sardine : Museum – Art gallery – Shop

Housed in an old farmhouse, the Atelier de la Sardine comprises 3 worlds: a museum, an art gallery and a shop. Come and discover all the secrets of the Vendée sardine and meet the men and women who have made this fish a local star. It's not for nothing that Saint Gilles Croix de Vie has been awarded the Remarkable Site of Taste label.
