At La Barre de Monts – Fromentine, the trail from the lighthouse to Pey de la Blet promises to be a thrilling experience. With its short distance, wide paths and soft surface, this trail is an ideal introduction to trail running in good conditions, especially as the beauty of the surroundings will make you (almost) forget the effort.
The dense national forest, the legendary Pey de la Blet, the little Fromentine lighthouse, the imposing Noirmoutier bridge and the vast beach of the Grande Côte will punctuate your route.
If you like a change of pace, this route is also perfectly suited to Nordic walking, or is simply sublime for a leisurely stroll in a rejuvenating environment.
