These gourmet evenings between land and sea are the perfect opportunity to pick up some delicious local produce for your dinner of the day.
On your way back from the beach or a walk, come and meet the producers, who will be delighted to give you some tasting and cooking tips. Alongside the producers, a number of creative craftspeople and musicians.
In the cavern of delights: organic vegetables, salt, craft beer, organic syrups and vinegars, poultry, dairy products and other culinary treasures. On site, François will be serving up fouées and his infectious good humour at the wheel of his Fouée ‘d TRUCK, to be enjoyed in front of the live band.
