Marche nordique en forêt

Every Wednesday, we invite you to a Nordic walking session in the forest. This "accelerated" walk, which uses poles to accentuate the natural movement of the arms, increases energy expenditure. This activity,
accessible to all, is an excellent way to combine sporting activity with discovering the environment of Saint Jean de Monts.
