A tender, funny investigation into the woman who revolutionised our relationship with childhood.
1916. At the age of eight, Françoise had a revelation: when she grew up, she was going to be a doctor of education!
Nobody takes her seriously. Especially not her mother, who was frightened by such a free-thinking child. But Françoise is not alone: her Guardian Angel watches over her and supports her throughout the trials of her childhood.
We relive these ordeals with them, going back to the origins of Françoise Dolto’s thinking, and through her child’s eyes, so naive yet so clear-sighted…
