Event description
– Welcome, introduction of the group, historical background, relaxation and anchoring.
– 3-step sensory tasting based on olfactory (blindfolded) and emotional sensations.
– Presentation of Château Castera and good tasting practice (more theoretical aspect with tasting sheets given to each participant).
– Conclusion of the workshop and discussion between participants.
From 18 years of age.
There are still places available, but registration closes on Friday 10 May at 6pm.
