Hortense Noisetier wanders through the shelves of the library.
The woman looks like she’s stepped straight out of Tardi’s drawings, an Adèle Blanc-Sec with a touch of Mary Poppins and Victorian elegance…
She arrives escorted by her trunk, as if parachuted in from another space-time, and takes up residence quite naturally in what seems to her to be the best place in the world: a library!
