Nature walk in the Daviaud marshes

Branle de Noirmoutier, ronds de l'Epine and Barbâtre… Still very much present in the dances played at balls today, the island of Noirmoutier has a rich and abundant musical repertoire.
Singing predominates in the many collections made on the island through singers, and especially exceptional female singers with memorable nicknames such as Magasite or Phine Potoune.

Eva and Michel Penisson will give a talk and sing about 50 years of collecting and research on the island.
