Tonnerre is the promise of an electronic voyage, a digital journey with no return. Tonnerre? It’s Arthur Bouflet’s project. It’s an electronic offering bursting with melancholy and romanticism, stirring up a range of emotions and evoking memories that are sometimes hidden within us, just waiting to be resurrected. Blessed with a colourful imagination and an ability to deliver melodies that strike a chord, Tonnerre’s electronic journey draws equally on the electronic and classical repertoires. Experimenting, playing and composing music on the piano since childhood, Tonnerre’s interest in electronic music and synthesizers grew at the same time as his learning of MAO software. His passion for video games and his studies in sound design led him to develop a strong interest in everything that combines other art forms with music.
