Le Marchand de Flammes” show, juggling with flaming sticks
Start of the toy collection by Espac’Yon in collaboration with Secours populaire français
6.30pm – Lighting up of the Christmas tree
Singing by pupils from Dompierre-sur-Yon schools
7.30pm – “Les petits plats dans les grands”, an improvised theatrical show for young gourmets aged 4 and upwards.

SATURDAY 9TH DECEMBER
11.00 am – Market opens
3.00 pm – Father Christmas arrives on his sled dogs. After a tour of the market, he and his elf will be on hand to welcome young and old to their stall until 7pm. They’ll be offering sweets and selfies: children will receive a free souvenir photo. Don’t forget to bring your letter!
4.30pm – A cappella vocal trio “Garçons s’il vous plaît”, a la carte local songs on the road
6.30pm – Parade by the ASLD, Association Sports et Loisirs Dompierrois, through the market aisles
7.00pm – “Le marchand de flammes” show, juggling with flaming sticks

9.15pm – “The Magic of Christmas”, fireworks display in the Vallée de Margerie, presented by Jacques Couturier

2.30 p.m. – ASLD parade down the aisles
3.00 pm – Father Christmas arrives on his sled dogs. After a tour of the Market, he and his elf will welcome young and old at his stand until 6.00 pm.
3.30pm – ASLD parade through the aisles
4.00 pm – “Little Christmas Tale”, traditional tales, musical show, storytelling, shadow play and object theatre
5.00pm – Les Mijorettes, “le retour de bâton! A 45-minute fixed show with a strolling arrival, Les Mijorettes take the audience into their crazy world.
6.15pm – Market closes
