Event description
Water walking, better known as longe-côte, combines the benefits of walking with those of seawater. By walking in waist-deep water, you get a complete workout that tones muscles, improves circulation, strengthens the cardiovascular system and develops coordination.
You’ll need to bring your own swimming costume, as the thalasso does not provide any equipment.
