It's a party, it's a ball, it's a hit parade for young and old. It's a big party where the audience, headphones on, is invited to follow the two dancers as they perform original choreographies to classical, operatic, pop, rap and disco hits!
The playlist includes Bach, Bizet, Claude François, Village People, Fairuz… Modern singers have covered well-known classics “in their own way”. Yes, not many people know this, but the 6 moustachioed members of the Village People composed Go West from Pachelbel’s Canon. Children aged 7 to 107 will take their turn through the opera Carmen, the original soundtrack of the film Saturday Night Fever… and even dance a Breton-Austrian-Lebanese bourrée.
So drop the clichés about ‘great music’ and get your body moving to La Lettre à Elise remixed by American rapper Nas!
