Conférence – Amour de soi libérons-nous de nos clichés

In today's society, many people do not allow themselves to love themselves.
The aim here is to take a different look at self-love, to discover the main obstacles that prevent us from loving ourselves, to understand the difference between “being loved” and “loving ourselves”, and to reflect on the consequences of our priorities.
By learning new things and sharing experiences, you’ll be able to become aware of the main obstacles to loving yourself, and free yourself from clichés and limiting beliefs!
