Atelier – Laissons parler notre enfant intérieur

This workshop will introduce the practice of art therapy with 2 or 3 exercises. A drawing on the first name, a drawing on the theme of childhood (back to the age of 5). This allows us to discover whether our inner child has things to reveal to us… Then, an anchoring drawing to soothe any emotions that may have arisen and refocus (no drawing pre-requisites necessary).
