Atelier – Gérer son empathie

An immersive experience… Participants are encouraged to experience strong emotions through their senses: visual, tactile and auditory. They are then given practices and techniques to help them feel real empathy and no longer need to protect themselves from the emotions of others. They are then immersed in the experience and encouraged to put them into practice.
