Atelier Citoyen : Concevoir le futur d'Orouët

Last year, participatory workshops were held to develop joint planning principles for the "Coeur d'Orouët".

In response to the wishes expressed by residents, the town of Saint-Jean-de-Monts has made progress on the project. It has acquired various plots of land that will be used for :
– development,
– shared spaces
– redevelopment of community facilities,
– the installation of shops,
– solutions to ease traffic, facilitate parking and make the heart of Orouët more pleasant!

On 18 November, at 7pm, at Odysséa, the Town Council will be proposing 3 development scenarios. Together, we’ll be looking at the best location for the new community hall, the best extension for the school and the best place for greenery, parking and children’s play areas.
