Bettina is a salt worker on her marsh, "Les Boucheaux", just before the entrance to the Passage du Gois, in the commune of Beauvoir sur Mer.
She has a love of her environment and a desire to share and pass on the passion that drives her every day on her marsh.

She invites you to take a real trip back in time, to immerse yourself in her world, and to take part in costumed tours in period costume.
It’s a lively and original way of discovering an age-old craft, and one that’s suitable for all ages.

Before becoming a salt worker, she used to fish on foot: a job in the heart of nature that she loves so much, but very hard and above all solitary.
Above all, it was the desire to share and create unique moments that motivated Bettina to set up her own business.
So it’s with happiness and a smile that she welcomes you to an authentic, unspoilt setting.

She sells her products on the spot: coarse salt, fleur de sel, natural, flavoured… Bring back a taste of your holidays!
