About us
Montsesame offers workshops to help you discover simple, easy cooking that's accessible to everyone, in a pleasant atmosphere. An original activity in Saint-Jean-de-Monts for all occasions (EVJF, EVJG, birthday, family, evening with friends, team building, etc.). With themed workshops scheduled or on request (participants choose the date and theme), it's off for two hours of conviviality around food.
Montsesame also offers individual consultations on rebalancing your diet to help you achieve a healthy, balanced diet.
The Montsesame kitchen is also available for hire to organise cookery classes, culinary demonstrations, content creation sessions or product presentations. The workshop is designed to meet customer expectations.
