Facing the sea on the esplanade of the village of Fromentine, the Villas les Bains de Mer offer direct access to the beach.

In an area classified as a seaside heritage site, you’ll have the pleasure of discovering the listed Fire, the Notre Dame des Flots chapel and the other beautiful villas along the seafront.
You’re at the gateway to the Vendée islands, with the pier for the Ile d’Yeu just a few metres away on one side and the Noirmoutier bridge on the other.

A children’s playground and tennis court are just 500 m from the villas.

The shops, market and tourist office are just down the road, as is the Petit Bois open-air theatre, where you can enjoy the town’s programme of events.

The sea views from the “Insula Oya” and “Noirmoutrine” villas are exceptional, and you’ll have the pleasure of watching the sunset from the terrace every evening and waking up in the morning to this magnificent landscape from your bed in the master bedroom.

The Villas des Bains de mer comprise four accommodation units, two of which face the sea and the other two have direct access to the beach. Three of them have 2 bedrooms and one is accessible to people with reduced mobility and comprises a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed.
They can accommodate up to 4 people. The four apartments can be rented simultaneously for family gatherings of up to 20 people using the convertible sofas.
