Villa Litore Oya is located on the Atlantic coast, between the sea and the national forest of Saint Jean de Monts. Its name is linked to the legendary "Pont d'Yeu" beach, very close to the villa and accessible via a forest path. This beach, which is listed and protected, offers safe swimming.

Nestling in the heart of a privileged tourist area in France, in the Vendée, in Saint Jean de Monts, 300 metres from La Forêt campsite, you will be ideally situated between the islands of Noirmoutier and Yeu, Saint Hilaire de Riez and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie.

You can walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Notre Dame de Monts (800m) or use the cycle path that passes in front of the villa.
