In this single-storey villa, you'll find all the comforts you need for an excellent holiday and some wonderful memories in your suitcases!
It comprises two sleeping areas linked by a vast, light-filled living area with lounge, living room and kitchen.
Each sleeping area has two spacious bedrooms and a shower room: a total of 4 bedrooms and two shower rooms. Two families will find it easy to maintain their privacy here.
Although all on one level, the villa does not appear to be suitable for people with motor disabilities. The toilets and shower room are not independently accessible.
To make your stay more enjoyable and make life easier, the house has a washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, internet, board games, cot, high chair, changing table, electric barbecue, etc.
Bed linen and towels can be hired on request.
Outside, a 6mx3m terrace with heated swimming pool, garden furniture, deckchairs and armchairs invites you to make the most of the Vendée coast’s mild weather.
A large cellar adjoining the villa is ideal for storing bikes or other sports equipment. The villa’s three private parking spaces are enclosed by a secure gate.
The property is also equipped with an intruder alarm, so you can enjoy your holiday in complete peace of mind.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Close to the villa, the Saint Jean de Monts area is full of activities for all the family (water sports, mini-golf, thalasso, accrobranche, walking and cycling trails, horse riding, etc.). Shops are located nearby.
