The house has 3 bedrooms for 2 people with shared shower rooms (rooms can only be rented to the same family, otherwise only 1 room can be rented at a time).
The house is surrounded by large enclosed grounds with security cameras. Private parking space, outdoor terrace and wifi in rooms.
No TV in bedrooms.
