La Joséphine is the historic home of the 18th and 19th century harbourmaster François de l’Isle du Fief. It is a listed Vendée heritage site.
This magnificent property is set in very peaceful surroundings, close to shops and cycle paths, 500 m from the port and 900 m from the beach.

It comprises 3 houses available for seasonal rental, each with Wi-Fi access, a private parking space and an unoverlooked garden with furniture and barbecue.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac,
– La Demeure François de L’Isle du Fief (70 m²) has been completely refurbished and comprises 2 bedrooms (including 1 on a mezzanine floor), a large living room, a kitchen, a whirlpool shower room, 2 WCs and a comfortable 140 cm alcove sofa.
– Le Logis du Capitaine de Port (55 m²), fully renovated, comprises 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 with 90 cm bunk beds), a dining room, a kitchen, a whirlpool shower room, 2 WCs and a 120 cm sofa bed.
– La Maison du Gabelou (60 m²) has been completely refurbished and comprises 2 bedrooms (one with 1 140 cm bed and the other with 3 90 cm beds), a living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a whirlpool shower room, 2 WCs and a 140 cm sofa bed.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, there is a storage room for bikes and surfboards, a pontoon for boats and childcare equipment.
You can also hire your own bed linen.
