The flat is arranged as follows: kitchen-living room with sea view, 1 bedroom (BZ for 2 people in the living room), 1 shower room, parking, cellar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob and microwave. Washing machine available.
Ideal for enjoying the sunsets, with direct access to the beach.
From the balcony, you can also watch your children having fun at the Club des Oursins (open in July and August) or take advantage of the water sports activities on offer at the Pôle Nautique all year round. Come and try your hand at sand yachting, sailing, sea kayaking, stand-up paddling and coastal lanyards… You’ll also have a front-row seat to enjoy the summer fireworks!
Close to cycle and walking paths, you’ll be surprised by the peace and quiet of the national forest (200 m from the flat).
Just a short pedal away (700 m), you’ll find a wide range of shops all year round.
