Montoise depuis les années 80, j'ai acquis cette résidence dans le but d'en faire bénéficier les vacanciers. Sa situation idéale, face à la grande plage de St Jean De Monts, m'a immédiatement conquise. Les appartements sont rénovés régulièrement pour offrir à mes visiteurs des logements de qualité.
