CAMPSITE LE GRAND JARDIN

When you arrive at Le Grand Jardin campsite, you'll be warmly welcomed by Claire and no doubt charmed by the site, which is particularly clean and well-maintained.

Le Grand Jardin occupies a prime position in Notre Dame de Monts. Located just outside the town centre, the shops are only 400 metres away. All you need to do to get to the beach is take a short 1.5 km walk or cycle ride, and you’ll be right in the water! As for the marshes, they run alongside the campsite, offering great fishing.

Claire offers bare pitches of around 130 m², bordered by hedges. Some pitches have a small shed for storing and securing your bike. The team takes great care of cyclists and is a member of the Accueil Vélo network.

The campsite also has spacious chalets and mobile homes. Equipped with a covered, semi-enclosed terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, you can look forward to long lunches, with the sole aim of making the most of the moment.

If relaxation and rest are what you’re after, Le Grand Jardin is the place for you. Not only is it quiet, but it also has the unique feature of renting mobile homes with private hot tubs. So you can relax in total privacy, in a small courtyard planted with trees.

To create the best holiday memories for your little ones, the Club des P’tites Crevettes welcomes children aged 4 to 12 free of charge on weekdays during the summer. In terms of facilities, Le Grand Jardin has a great play area, a bowling green and a heated indoor swimming pool open from 1 April to 29 September 2024 (open until 10pm on Saturdays in July and August!). You’re already dreaming of lounging there, aren’t you?

Claire is keen to cultivate the warm, family atmosphere that is so dear to her. One evening a week is organised in July and August, encouraging campers from all backgrounds to get together. The campsite has also signed up to the ‘Welcome’ scheme, which aims to offer the best possible welcome to English-speaking guests.

Finally, as every garden has its own hut, the restaurant “La Cabane du Pêcheur”, adjoining the campsite, will delight your taste buds…
