Come and discover, improve or perfect your sand yachting skills!
On the programme:
You start by preparing your sand yacht: adjusting it to your size and fitting the sail. The instructor will then remind you of the safety conditions and off you go!
On your first run, you’ll learn to stop facing into the wind in a specific area.
The aim of the session is to master your kite so that you can experience the thrill of speed.
Our qualified instructors will guide and advise you throughout the session.
For children aged 8 and over.
Per session – 3-day course – all year round.
1? hour session at low tide, supervised by a qualified instructor.
What to bring: windbreaker, closed shoes, goggles (sunglasses or swimming goggles), gloves (mapa, bicycle or gardening gloves) and a change of clothes.
Helmets and wetsuits (except July and August) are provided free of charge!
Meet your sand yachting instructor at the water sports centre reception desk, who will accompany you for a session or a course.
Access: by bus lines 168-170 and 172 (Sovetours off-season), Littorale line (July-August), parking available on boulevard des maraîchins, and métiviers car park.
