Bettina is a salt merchant on her marsh “Les Boucheaux”, just next to the Passage du Gois in Beauvoir sur Mer, Vendée.
She has the love of her environment and the will to introduce and give the passion that animates her every day on her marsh.

She invites you to a real time travel, an immersion in her universe with a visit in traditional costumes. A lifeful and original way to discover an ancestral job, adapted to all public, even the youngest.

She used to practice the shore fishing before being a salt merchant: an occupation in the middle of the nature, that she loves so much, but still so harsh and lonesome.
It’s before all the will to share her passion and create unique moments that pushed Bettina to settle up.
It is therefore with happiness and smile that she invites you in an authentic and preserved setting.

She sells on site her production: coarse salt, fleur de sel, flavoured or nature salt…
