La Spirulinerie is a handmade aquaculture farm, located in a natural environment full of exceptional fauna and flora.
Located in the Vendée Breton Marshes, in the community of Bouin, it is a wonderful opportunity to discover this area linked to salt production and particularly to the Atlantic Ocean (Port du Collet and Port du Bec are worth seeing!).
It is the collective project of 3 friends who grow and sell natural French spirulina in the shape of flakes (or twigs) but also other produce based on spirulina or salicornia.
It is possible to take advantage of about thirty minutes of technical, historical and entertaining explanations on all the steps required to raise and produce spirulina (reservation required).
