Do you prefer a luxury or nature-loving holiday? At this campsite there is no need to choose as the pitches are all of a good size (80 - 150m²) and will meet all your needs. We offer:
- A Comfort Mobile home from 20 to 40 m² - the careful placements avoid you being overlooked as much as possible and so offer quiet and privacy. They can accommodate up to 8 people and are fully equipped according to the level chosen e.g. dishwasher, TV, griddle. You can also opt for a terrace in the shade which is a real bonus. It’s such a treat to be able to have a family breakfast outside on a warm summer morning or have an afternoon nap with the scent of the pines to calm you.
- More than 300 pitches are available for tents, caravans and camper vans so you are certain to have a choice. Whether you prefer sunshine in the mornings or to be closer to the washrooms - no problem - you just need to specify your requirements when you book.
In addition to the accommodation, Le Tropicana has many other benefits which help to make your seaside holiday a success.
- Water park: there are 4 pools heated to 30° - one of which is covered. There are two giant water slides reaching 10m high and a large water play area for small children. Whether you want the thrill of riding the Space Hole, to relax on a lounger, to swim in the big pool, or to watch your little ones splash about with the water toys and games, your dreams will become reality.
- The environment: the campsite is set in the pine trees, just 400m from the Pays de Saint Jean de Monts forest and 800m from the beach, accessed using the footpath. The shops are 500m away.
- There is a Well-Being area with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which are available for you to use, free of charge throughout your stay, and there’s a gym available to keep yourself fit - even when you’re on holiday!
- Entertainment programme: In the high season, there’s a range of entertainment available in the evenings. Dance or magic shows, concerts, sports evenings - all offering the chance to have a good time in a friendly atmosphere and create happy memories.
- Children are not left out, whatever their age. For those aged 4 - 12 years there’s the kids’ club which is open Monday to Friday and offers a variety of craft workshops and sports challenges. It’s the chance to make lots of new friends who meet up again year after year. If you’ve got older children then they can come along to the Club Ado which is aimed at those over 12 years. The barbecue evening at the beginning of the week is an ideal opportunity to break the ice and get to know each other.
Finally, to help those visitors coming from abroad, Camping Le Tropicana is part of the quality label ‘Welcome’, a scheme where members actively work towards a specific welcome for English speaking visitors. Reception and entertainment team members can speak English and visitors will be provided with various information and documents when you arrive, which have been translated into English (e.g. Welcome Guide, entertainment programme). As the warm welcome and top-quality service are not just empty words here at Le Tropicana, the campsite has voluntarily signed up for the national quality mark ‘Qualité Tourisme’.
