Aux jardins des Colibris

Caroline and Jérôme, tired of a life in the fast lane, decided some years ago to see the world differently. The couple chose to have a daily life more in line with their values, closer to nature and earth.
 
They bought up an uncultivated pasture in Soullans, to create their farm focused on the diversified organic market gardening, “Aux Jardins des Colibris”. Its name is founded on the Native American legend relating that on a forest fire, while every animal stayed frozen, a hummingbird was busy by filling up its beak to throw it on the water. It knew that these little drops won’t stop the fire, but at least it did its part of work.

Caroline and Jérôme cultivate organic fruits and vegetables, which they directly sell in their farm, Fridays from 5pm to 7pm (place orders before Wednesday night)
