Vernissage et soirée festive – La classe l'oeuvre

In 2025, the Charles Milcendeau Museum will be inaugurating its new temporary exhibition, entitled "Milcendeau, la fabrique d'un artiste (1891-1914)", an Exhibition of National Interest.
Enjoy a festive evening at Bois-Durand to inaugurate this major event, with TSF Sound Système from the Les Oeils collective and the “Des Habits et Vous” costume shop from Engrenage[s].

Museum mediators will be offering tours and workshops throughout the evening. The two secondary schools and the Maison Familiale Rurale (rural family home) in the area will be presenting their work as part of the artistic education programme “The class, the work”.

TSF Sound System :
As before, when it was better
Discovered by a group of friends in a barn in Malguénac that had been abandoned for many years, this fabulous (but dusty!) collection of transistors dating back to the 1930s amazed them and prompted them to improvise as amateur radio telegraphers.
Rolling up their sleeves to renovate this impressive wall of TSF radios, linked together by a tangle of electrical cables, they now broadcast a selection of their favourite tunes, from rock to jazz to swing.
To complete this singular post-war dance hall, an ingenious lighting system, controlled manually and directly by a whole machinery of wires and pulleys, comes to life during the evening. This travelling installation now travels all over France and beyond, getting crowds up and dancing and creating a real ‘old-fashioned sound and light show’ packed with surprises and audience interaction.

The Costumerie
The “clothes and you” mobile costume shop, a curious space where you come out dressed from head to toe, is a cloakroom brimming with outfits as rich as they are varied. Get dressed up for an event. The effect is guaranteed!
