Event description
Christmas decorations, festive items, local produce and handicrafts will all be on display in the Place de la Liberté, the Halles and the Arcades, in a warm and enchanting atmosphere.
There will be plenty of entertainment for all ages.
On the programme:
Saturday 9 December10am to 10pm
– 8.30am/13pm-Traditional food market (*10am-22pm – arts and crafts market, salle des arcades)
– 10am/12pm-Craft workshops for children (upstairs, salle des Arcades)
– 3pm/7pm-Meeting with the giant polar bear
– 3pm/6pm-Christmas wagon, departs from St-Pierre forecourt
– 4pm/8pm – “Acrobatic white heads” show
– 2pm/22pm-Bar and catering
– 11am/12pm and 3.30pm/7.30pm Carrousel
Sunday 10 December from 10am to 6pm
*Arts and crafts market, salle des arcades
– 10am/14pm – UCAC oyster bar
– 10am/12pm and 3pm/6pm – Christmas horse-drawn carriage, departing from St-Pierre square
– 11.30am/12.30pm and 2.30pm/6pm Balloon sculptor, Place de la Liberté
– 2pm/6pm-Bar and refreshments
– 2.30 p.m.-5 p.m.-Children’s craft workshops (upstairs, salle des Arcades)
– 3pm/6pm-Santa Claus in his hut! Bring your photos and his treats
– 3pm-Arpège de Chantonnay choir at Église St-Pierre
– 5pm-Children’s hearts from the music school, Place de la Liberté
