MA RÉGION VIRTUOSE (LA FOLLE JOURNÉE) – THÉÂTRE MUNICIPAL
Théâtre Municipal Rue Salvador Allende 85000 LA ROCHE-SUR-YON
Event description
In 2024, La Folle Journée celebrates its 30th anniversary!
For this exceptional edition, we’re going back to the origins of music, highlighting the musical traditions that have inspired composers over the centuries and in every country in the world.
Bach himself, rightly dubbed the “father of music”, was nonetheless born of a long musical tradition drawing its roots from the depths of time and the melting pot of civilisations. And all composers after him, from whatever country or continent, have drawn on ancient heritages to forge their language and build their works.
