RÊL SOLI's Caribbean Soul/Hip Hop, TRUCS EN TRUCK's travelling, festive songs and DJ JALM's electro-Dance/Afro Hip Hop House will all be part of the mix. In partnership with the Collectif féministe NOUS TOUTES 85, who will be putting on a variety of events throughout the evening, this promises to be a tropical start to spring!
Rêl Soli is a singer from Nantes with a colourful mix of hip-hop, neo-soul, soul and reggae. She sings, she raps and she changes languages along the way. Composed mainly in English, sprinkled with French and Japanese, and performed with maximum solar energy, Rêl Soli offers an eclectic live show, taking the audience on a journey across multiple energies and continents. Accompanied by 3 musicians, Rêl Soli’s live show features electro-acoustic, rhythmic, soul, neo-soul, jazz, reggae and hip hop sounds.
Les Trucs en Trucks is a nomadic, multi-faceted duo. The humorous atmosphere of the concerts only ceases when the poetry of the lyrics makes its appearance. Compositions, traditional Gypsy music, French songs revisited, the TT promise a festive moment as they take you on a trip to the ends of the earth in their lorry!
JALM stands for Just Alive Live The Moment. Every moment must be lived as it should be. In his world, music is not confined by the barriers of style; it exists to stir our beings and awaken our emotions. A DJ set punctuated by mash-ups in Afro, Latino US Hip Hop, Indian…always with an Electro Dance backdrop.
NOUS TOUTES 85 is a local collective of the national association Nous Toutes, which works against gender-based, sexist and sexual violence. They regularly take part in festive events, and we’ll be offering plenty of entertainment throughout the evening.
