GARY ? C’EST PAS UN COW-BOY !
Théâtre municipal Rue Salvador Allende 85000 LA ROCHE-SUR-YON
Event description
The show tells the story of Gary, a child who, against a backdrop of social misery, lives in a family where violence and fear reign supreme. One day, when he stumbles into a telephone box that has been transformed into a bookshop, Gary manages to escape his difficult daily life and finds in books an escape from his reality.
During this third week of the laboratory, we’ll be working on the text, the set design and the choice of puppets. This will not be a presentation of the show as such, but rather the first steps in the creative process.
Directed by Christophe Sauvion with David Lippe, Philippe Rodiguez, Amélie Gagnot, Aude Rivoisy and Zoé Lizot; adapted from Véronika Boutinova’s text “Gary? He’s not a cowboy”.
A co-production of the Grand R, scène nationale and the City of La Roche-sur-Yon.
Free
