Jonathan Scott, organist and pianist, enjoys a major international career. He performs in the greatest concert halls throughout Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong. Keen to bring the organ to a wider audience, he has transcribed more than 400 orchestral scores for his instrument. An associate artist of Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall, he gives a series of lunchtime recitals there every year, attracting huge audiences. A passionate fan of harmoniums made by the French firm Mustel, Jonathan Scott regularly performs as a duo with his pianist brother Tom. In addition to his extensive discography, the online videos of his solo and duo concerts total over 30 million views on Youtube, and his online concerts reach a worldwide audience of over a million music lovers. Jonathan Scott is a Fellow of the Keyboard Department at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. An Honorary Citizen of the City of London, he regularly performs there, particularly on the great organ of the famous Royal Albert Hall as part of the BBC Proms.
