" ÉCHANGES ENTRE DEUX AMIS, UN AUTEUR ET UN JOURNALISTE "
USINE ETOILE 4 Allée du Puits 85200 FONTENAY-LE-COMTE
Event description
The two friends, BOISLÉVE and RAGON, corresponded for a long time. They shared a keen interest in the Vendée of 1793, from the banks of the Loire to the Marais Poitevin.
Jacques BOISLÈVE has devised a series of literary walks. He will highlight Michel RAGON’s contribution to the profusion of works on the Vendée. The speaker will talk about the novel “Un si bel Espoir” (1999) about Hausmann’s Paris, which recounts the life of Hector Horeau, a brilliant architect who has remained little known. Jacques BOISLÈVE addresses this other aspect of the work and personality of Michel RAGON, whose curiosity has made him a renowned historian of modern architecture and town planning.
