Le rucher des Chouans

About us

You can find the Rucher des Chouans on Saturdays, all year round, at the Saint Jean de Monts market on Place Jean Yole (door B).

On their stand, you'll find monofloral honey (sunflower, lime, buckwheat, acacia, etc.) and polyfloral honey (spring, flowers, forest, etc.), depending on the harvests from their apiaries in northern Vendée.

Other honey-basedproducts include sweets, soaps, vinegar, mustard, nougat and gingerbread, all made from their honey.

Le Rucher des Chouans is a bee-keeping business involved in protecting bees in the Vendée.

We are convinced that it is by joining forces that we will succeed in saving bees, whose decline is a reality. These foragers are beneficial to nature, pollinating more than 80% of the plants we grow (fruit, vegetables and seeds) and contributing to the survival of many trees and plants, which are sources of food and shelter for animals.
